Nominations are open for The Steam Awards until Tuesday 1st December at 18:00 GMT

Of the 10 award categories, 9 are only open to games that were released on Steam in the last 12 months. There are a number of very deserving games made in Guildford that qualify, so we've made it easy for you to support them by highlighting the games below. Just visit their steam pages using the widget and click 'nominate this game for an award'.

VR GAME OF THE YEAR

The Room VR: A Dark Matter was released by Fireproof Games on 26th March and has achieved overwhelmingly positive reviews across the board. It is the only local game to qualify for this category and looks like a strong contender for the win in January. Lets help to make sure by nominating this game for 'VR Game Of The Year'

There are 8 locally made games that qualify for all of the remaining 9 categories so please visit each of their Steam Pages below and select the category that you feel they suit best, choose from the categories:

LABOUR OF LOVE

There are 54 locally made games that qualify for the Labour of Love Award and there's no doubt that the category name could fairly apply to each one of them. Being such a broad category, it's worth thinking about which games other Steam users might also nominate. For that reason we have ordered this list roughly according to number of user reviews. Take your pick from:
