Hello Games win Best Ongoing Game at The Game Awards

No Man's Sky comes out on top against stiff competition from Fortnite, Call Of Duty, Destiny 2 and Apex Legends 

In an event described as "The Oscars For Gaming" by The Washington Post, Guildford studio Hello Games win Best Ongoing Game for No Man's Sky at The Game Awards.

The award category is described as being awarded to a game for outstanding development of ongoing content that evolves the player experience over time.

Hello Games were also nominated for the Best Community Support category, a high honour itself, described as recognising a game for outstanding community support, transparency and responsiveness, inclusive of social media activity and game updates / patches.
 
This award follows the teams recent win for Best Game Expansion at The Golden Joysticks.
