Guildford Games Nominated at The Game Awards 2022!

The Game Awards are back for 2022! We’re thrilled to see that some awesome Guildford Devs have been nominated for an award.

We couldn’t be more proud to see that Two Point Campus has been nominated for “Best Sim/Strategy”, The Quarry for “Innovation In Accessibility” and No Man’s Sky for “Best Community Support”.

Two Point Campus

The talented team at Two Point Studios released their game Two Point Campus in August this year on PC, Xbox, Switch, and PlayStation - and it's been nominated for "Best Sim/Strategy" at The Game Awards. With the game available on Game Pass it has been easy to pick up and play - we’ve enjoyed playing every minute of it! Maybe we’re a little biased, but we truly feel as though Two Point Studios should win.

That’s not all! Brand new DLC ‘Space Academy’ has also been announced for December and we couldn’t be more excited! Who doesn’t want a campus on a cheesy space rock and to teach student aliens?

The Quarry

The Quarry by Supermassive Games has been nominated for the “Innovation In Accessibility” award and we feel stupidly proud. They’re up against some incredible titles, but we’re rooting for the Guildford team at Supermassive who we think deserve this award for their dedication to making games accessible to a wide audience. Just some of these features include a colour blind setting, customisable QTEs, and colour coded subtitles.

No Man's Sky

Hello Games' No Man's Sky has been nominated for "Best Community Support" and we’re delighted to see them get recognised for their fantastic frequent AND FREE! updates. They’ve continued this with their most recent update Endurance; it added NPC crews, huge asteroid fields, new combat missions and more.

We’d love it if you vote for Guildford Games in The Game Awards - you can cast your votes here: https://www.thegameawards.com/nominees
